Can GDA coordinate hotels and transfers?

The scope may include coordinating accommodation and transfers with the partners involved. Operational and contractual responsibilities are clarified in the proposal.

How are contingencies handled?

The operating plan identifies sensitive stages, decision owners and workable alternatives for weather, access, timing and availability.

Where does GDA operate most frequently?

Milan, Naples and Capri. The destination is selected around objectives, season, guest numbers and guest profile.

How do we choose between Milan, Naples and Capri?

Consider Milan for launches, executive meetings and programmes shaped by design and culture; Naples for congresses, galas and cultural programmes, potentially combined with Capri; and Capri for private celebrations and multi-day retreats with planned sea arrivals and hospitality. Objectives, available time and guest profile determine the choice.

Who handles bookings and supplier agreements?

The proposal should identify which activities GDA coordinates, who confirms bookings and which agreements are made with individual suppliers. Accommodation, transfers and activities need one coherent programme, with operational and contractual responsibilities defined before confirmation.
